I am having problems with dual monitor. The game tries to use my second monitor that has a different resolution to my main monitor and because of this the resolution is out of range and the screen is just blank. I cant find any settings on steam to tell the game to use my primary monitor. I can't play the game anymore, unless I physically disconnect the 2nd monitor.
