Achievements

How many runs minimum you need to complete to get all achievements? Will Expert DLC run close simple Expert run? Will Expert run close Experienced run? And etc.

You don't need Sharp for Meat Machine (though he does make it easier).
Meat Machine is "install 4 augments on an agent". Although I will confess, I don't remember if augments already installed on an agent count towards this or not, and am too lazy to look it up right now. But theoretically you can get that achievement with any agent, especially on Endless.
