I managed to forget transport beacon in an elevator so I wanted to manipulate save.
For anyone struggling as me:
The game fetches save from steamcloud synced folder. Changing local save wont do anything. You need to disable steam cloud sync and then overwrite the save in Steam/userdata/ID/GameID/remote
If you need help with save manipulation check out klei forum.
In short just find some augument of your agent by name and then overwrite some item in their inventory with what you want. Adding things is more pain so it is easier to lose some consumable.
