you first turn on the controller, then the game ?

My Xbox One Controller also not working with this game. Trying to reinstall driver, changed port - still no effect.

i have a logitech game pad and the controls are set up the same as a xbox control yet for some reason my controls are all wrong A is B, X is Y, up and down are left and right and vice versa WTF can anyone help?

yep i tried changing ports and reinstalling the driver, i also unplugged my mouse and keyboard and started big picture mode, controller worked fine when selecting the game then when the game started the contoller was non responsive even trried changing the settings i n game and still nothing happned

Yea, I have the new Steam controller and the game crashes when I try to use it... Totally bogus considering I bought it to try out my new controller.

I also have the issue of needing to unplug my keyboard before the game will recognise and use my XBOX 360 USB controller. Not having to do this workaround would be awesome.

My USB devices are:
1) Corsair K95 RBG USB Keyboard
2) Corsair M65 RGB USB mouse
3) Corsair VOID RBG USB headset
4) XBOX 360 USB controller
5) on occassion, I also connect my Samsumg S4 Galaxy phone, but not connected when I had the issue
6) on occassion, I also connect USB thumb drives, but not connected when I had the issue

System where I have experienced the issue is an "older" MSI Gaming laptop based on Intel i7-3630QM with GTX-675M and 16GB RAM... but I have upgraded the OS to Win10 1151.

having this problem too, and for that reason havent even got past the games start menu
