Could we implement real penalties for players who leave ranked games or AFK grief? Here's my proposal:
Every time a player AFKs or leaves a ranked match, they are required to replay the tutorial before they can queue again.
Even if they have six smurf accounts, eventually they'll be forced to either pay their dues or stop raging like a rabid squirrel.
Let the penalty multiply: If it's their third offense, they should have to replay the tutorial three extra times before rejoining ranked.
Of course, this would only apply to ranked modes—casual games can stay more lenient.
