Patch notes state that
Cerberus Soul Expulsion (3) Is now marked as a Healing Ability.

Regrowth striders activate when you eat soul.
But if you get Heartwood charm, cooldown is not reduced by 20% nor is active part working.

Not sure if it is intentional or bug.
