hello, im having the same issue. bought one of the founders packs during the alpha, and now its showing all gods locked for me.

hello, im having the same issue. bought one of the founders packs during the alpha, and now its showing all gods locked for me.

I have taken a look at your account and I believe I have it fixed. Please let me know if the gods are still locked for you.

Well, not quite sure how that happened, but I have fixed your account.

i alos have this issue i bought it in alpha and then i also linked my playstation account but i now dont have access to the gods or my twitch rewards

I believe I just fixed your account. Please let me know if you're still unable to access your gods. As for the Twitch rewards, you'll have to tell me exactly what you're missing, as we don't have an easy transfer tool for those items.

yes thank you its fixed and it was the champ title and icon for the twitch awards that seems that havent been transfered over

Same issue here. Bought Founders on xbox back in May. Setup progression on Steam linking as I had switched by July to PC as primary and so now I have gems but no founds edition. Can you take a look?

I have taken a look at your account and confirmed you've got everything set up correctly. Your issue is a bit different because Microsoft did automatic refunds for anyone that had bought the Founder's Edition before July, because we delayed the release of the 24/7 Alpha.

Um. I show no record of any refund or cancellation of my order (1972372226) nor do I show any credit in my account that would be equivalent to that amount (was bought on MS credit and my account has $0.57 credit currently (no other transactions since this one used MS credit). Order shows as Completed on my microsoft account so it either didn't take or something. Fine if it gets refunded now and I just rebuy to make sure it sticks but definitely don't want to buy it twice when I already bought it early.

Got it working now it looks like by installing through the Xbox app on PC and running it from there. Definitely seems to be an issue between Steam and Xbox linking in certain configurations (though now I can't launch Smite 1 or Smite 2 from Steam if I have launched them in Xbox due to anticheat interactions it appears). Oh well, joys of beta testing
