It turns out to be impossible for me to calibrate and then assign controls for this game. After trying to assign controls, I figured out they are not recognized as they are not calibrated. Then for each of my controls I went into the calibration menu. However, the range and accuracy with which you can calibrate each axis there is nowhere near enough to get a correct response from wheel and pedals for me, so I'm stuck there and can't assign anything.
