Has any of you played it a while to give first impressions on translation, among other things?

I am writing this post in case someone encounters a similar problem, and is looking for a solution. I just bought the game, and the game wouldn't launch. When clicking the 'Play' icon on steam, it would start loading, switch to 'Stop' and switch back to 'Play', terminating the program. I'm really bad at picking a Laptop for steam. The last one I bought can open this game, but then it closes immediately. I think the Laptop did met the minimum requirement if I remember right. I cant check it right now. I'm more of a console player. Was the Laptop you used expensive?...
