I am at the part where I have to make sure the parts do not overlap on the door puzzle. The game doesn't work and all I have is sound and the mouse moves but none of the buttons on the screen - when clicked - actually activate. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong?...

aren't collector's editions supposed to have all the content?

When I reach Michael's library and find his diary according to the guide the player should be given access to a secret room which provides more information. I have replayed this game three times now to see if I missed a step using a walk through video. I have tried reinstalling, but the access to the secret room sequence does not happen. In the guide there is a dialogue box which allows to the player to choose to access this secret room or not. This does not happen in my game. Anyone else have this problem...
