Cannot locate the Urban Chaos CD-Rom?
Any luck? I've done the other fixes and deleted the intro videos and selected troubleshoot program with the small window 640...

I have the same error.

After trying all solution :
-https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1423093241
-https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=713407247

-and modify all values to config.ini

When I try to start the game, the start button steam get ready 5s and after stop.
The game never started.

If i try solution "Troubleshoot compatibility" when I check "test the program" a new windows returning "Cannot locate the Urban Chaos CD-Rom".
Or if I disable value to "movies" line on config.ini, when I change value "1" to "0" new error returning again "Cannot locate the Urban Chaos CD-Rom".

No solution actually ...

No one ideas ?
