I'm thinking that I might want to try to grind out the highest level reached in this game but i don't see it mentioned anywhere here

How many times does The Collector appear in a run? i'm on floor 70 and it still hasn't reappeared, and now I already have the 3 rare dice :(

I know some runs can and should totally fail but 2 times already I've done a run and killed the boss fairly easily, then only a few matches into endless encounters happen where you are simply dead from the start. It feels really unbalanced. A good rouge-like gives you certain degree of freedom in your build approach which allows you to also prepare for defending against certain encounter combinations.
