are there more patches and fixes in progress? this game is vbery glitchy

i get flickering graphics looking around everything flickers black and back to normal. i think i even remember getting black screen and im not on an integrated card, infact my motherboard doesnt have integrated graphics at all.

my specs are:
nvidia geforce gtx 980
intel i7cpu 3.6ghz (8threads)
32gb ddr3 ram (1600)
6tb hdd with all games
2tb hdd with only os (windows 7 ultimate 64 bit)
2tb hdd with other crap
