Most underrated mutation?

I'm not going to lie I've been having fun with impact wrists with melting and getting the brain capacity mutation

throne butt, try it with Melting + impact wrists. On hardmode its more fun

agreed with the crown of death (the one that gives bigger explosions for -1hp) is so good

Impact wrists is ok, but you better have booty, scarier face and ultra A. Such a waste to spend one mutation slot on impact wrists. It doesn't add that much.

Also I don't know in what world ppl would consider boiling veins underrated. I will always pick it up instead of strong spirit.

Plutonium Hunger has been a recent one for me. When rationing your defensive mutations make sure you remember this one and give it a serious second look. Think of how many times you have died due to going for a health pack or have been unable to reach one, in the loop this is so helpful.
Would you rather more drops with risk and loss of them (Rabbit paw) or a guaranteed collection of drops that is safe (Plutonium Hunger)
