Kept on crashing

I have updated my graphic card, updated windows, verify files, and closed out any 3rd party app that may interrupt. Only happening now when hosting. Never happened before.

Can anyone help with this problem please. It would be greatly appreciated.
I hadn't played this game in awhile and the exact same thing is happening to me. I get the error crash file when i try to start the game. I've even reinstalled to no avail.

Is there a specific instance in game-play where this happens or does it happen randomly?

to me its happening randomly, at least it seems like it, we were playing like normal and crashed twice while running the same day

why is the ping in a cooperative game very high and
players are constantly being kicked off the server (all are located in the same region: Russia)?

This happens when I start the game. So have not been able to play at all. It may have something to do with the unreal engine?? Recently tried to play another game that uses the same engine and similar error log.
