Demo announcement! Play «The Guardian of Nature» at Wholesome Games Celebration!

Hey Guardians! 🐝

For the very first time ever and very soon, «The Guardian of Nature» can be played on Steam! After all these years of hand-crafting and developing the game, this news makes us both excited and nervous at the same time 😅

«The Guardian of Nature» was first announced during Wholesome Direct 2023, and it is such a wonderful moment to now have the exclusive demo available during the Wholesome Games Celebration 2024 from August 15 – which is also the last day of our Tiny Teams participation!

We have placed a feedback form in the demo and it would mean the world to us if you could tell us what you think of the game and what we can improve!

And it would be be absolutely wonderful if you could share the demo as soon as it’s available on August 15 💚

Demo bug: no exit option

On first playthrough (opened first time, related to multiple 'start new game' within first playthrough) - got stuck in various locations bc the exit/back out of scene icon didn't show - persisted through pause/resume and also at least 3 or 4 different 'start new game' but resolved on quitting out of the whole game/close down, and a full restart playing on pc, win10, kb/m...

Hey Guardians! 🌻

We have some wonderful news to share with you! We will be taking part in the 5th edition of the Yogscast Tiny Teams Festival, which showcases games from micro studios and solo developers. As a small team we are more than grateful for this opportunity.

The live stream of «The Guardian of Nature» will take place on Twitch and YouTube on Thursday, August 8th between 11am and 2pm BST and will showcase the latest state of our game with new environments, puzzles and many new forest animals 🦊 🐸 🐿️ 🪱

Stuck on the demo

After getting the roots to line up I'm totally stuck. I'm not able to do the puzzle anymore so I'm assuming I did it right, but going through the environment I have nothing else to interact with. Am I missing something?

Demo bug report: glitching screen SteamDeck OLED

I played the demo on PC and Steam Deck OLED. I was able to watch the animation at the start of the demo on PC but not on Steam Deck OLED as there is a glitching tv screen instead.

Bug Report: Missing Action Prompts on Controller Restart

Controller Used: Xbox Controller Issue: After restarting a new game from the main menu with a controller, some on-screen action prompts (e.g., icons for leaving an area) do not appear. Closing and reopening the game resolves the issue.

bug at frog place (demo)

I thought first I had misunderstood or missed a second battery or something, since I couldn't get the handle on the wheel at the frog place to turn, even when I had got a battery placed in the battery holder there. And used a long time back and forth, looking for something I might have missed. And finally gave up last night, after posting a msg here asking for help with the battery(/second battery?) But I went into the game again today, and when I put the battery there in the frog place this time, I DID ...
