Ch. 5 - Stuck on progressing further into it.
I'm completely stuck figuring out how to progress further into Ch 5, so there are where im hitting roadblocks.

1. Nicole's DOB for the cracker, none of the entries for the database work
2. "Error report in the home system" clue, I've looked though his chip and phone and haven't been able to find anything to do with error reports
3.The correct username for Nathan's vnity account

1. You can find her DOB in the social number (not sure if this is the correct spell in the English Version). I remember is 2002.03.12

DOB is 02.12.2003

The rest of 2 and 3 unlock by looking though Nicole’s stuff.

Damn I knew that in the past, but it took so long for Ch. 5 to release I completely forgot about that.

I was thinking it was in the SSN, but chose to look here before a lot of trial and error due to date localisations. after reading this I was still unsure . in the end it was: 02.12.2003, MM.DD.YYYY with the SSN: AG01120030212824 ==> AG011YYYYMMDD824

funny enough I used the SSN: and punched into cyberchef.io (great tool btw that I use for work) and pulled a few possible dates from that and just trial and error
