Regretfully, there it is not possible to change the refresh rate in the options menu.

However, you can try the following:

Head into Documents > AC4 Black Flag and open up Assassin4.ini with notepad.

Change RefreshRate and DisplayableRefreshRate to 144 each and save.

Please keep in mind, that this option will still have the game locked at 60 fps, but your refresh rate will go up to 144Hz.

Для тех, кто как и я пробился настольгией и решил поиграть в 2024 в Black Flag на современном железе и кого бесит 60 кадров, на американском форуме надыбал exe файл с разблокированным стартером до 240 кадров. Проверял на лицензии Ubisoft

Чуть чуть поздно, но я увидел видео 10-летней давности и там чел просто открыл диспетчер задач и у меня с 60 фпс на 120 прыгнуло

На нексусе есть для ультра-вайд и фпс-анлок

запускаю с файла 240 , игра прсосто зависает типо не едет лифт и тд
