After beating every boss fight, collect every achievement, buy everything on the store and gather a ton of gems.. what´s next?

So considering I've collected quite a few monster parts after clearing all remaining enemies... is there anything I can do with them?

After beating the game, I've been playing my favourite level to grind the gems. I've been hoping to work on the collectables at the same time, but I seem to be getting the same ones over and over again. Are the collectables bound to specific levels, are some just more common than others, or am I just getting really bad rng?...
