Free upgrade at level 10 not working?

Hi,
There used to be a free upgrade at level 10 if the upgrade had been researched. Was this removed?

Having a great time with the update. Made it harder.

Suggestion: If we capture some of the minor tribes, we get the farm or logging camp they are on. Could it be set up that when we capture a minor tribe with untrained clans, that they be assimilated into our tribe?

The free upgrades are there for me. 99% of the time, I actually get both upgrades for free on L10 clans (and all the other upgrades for free too if I switch them to another job later).

However, the upgrade system seems to be pretty buggy, and sometimes I won't actually get the upgrade buttons on some of my clans, even though it's researched. It's more common when the clan had upgrades in its previous job. Maybe it's something like this in your case too?
