Produce Treasure
Yes, the Produce Treasure button is bugged and doesn't work as described in the tooltip. My question is, why does that button need to be there in the first place?

If you are training a clan, you don't get 5 gold. Equally, If your base is empty, you don't get 5 gold. But if you're not training a clan, and a clan is there, why would you *not* take 5 gold? Gold doesn't spoil and it's always better to have more of it.

In short, there is no 'choice' involved here. Either you get 5 gold, or you don't. The button is useless.

right now you can do both. first train something, then click the gold button. will do both at once.

yes, i know. the post assumes it's not bugged like it is now.

Bug aside, I'd say that the button is there for confirmation purposes. It'd be nice if the settlement defaulted to it if nothing else is ordered, but by having the button it allows for the "you haven't ordered your settlement to do anything yet" warning instead an end turn that you might not have realized.

Now, it's not that much of a concern given that you can only have a single settlement, but it can be handy if you are forgetful.

Thanks for the reply. But isn't there a big warning right at the top, 'not training clan'? So you look at your dudes, yep, all good, end turn. You either get 5 gold or you don't.

Also, 'forgetful' is not gameplay. I should either be getting 5 gold or not. Forgetting to click Produce Treasure is not a gameplay choice. It just means, 'I forgot'. It's not adding to the tough choices.
