How do I heal my 2 soldiers? How do I access the world map?
Just starting out.. My 2 soldiers are almost dead. How do I heal them? How do I access the world map so I can see where I am and need to go? I'm on the first mission but I forgot what I'm supposed to do as I played for a half hour months ago

medical equips , use it and doctors . They heal you . M press for you see the map .

so just from medical kits I pick up? I can't rest, sleep or heal on the world map?

Leveling up also heals you, on higher difficulties it won't fully heal you however.
