my game isnt working :(
when i open the game, all i get is a white screen. can i get some help?

update (oct 8): now whenever i open the game it crashes. it does the same for tgaac and ajt. for ajt it opens for a few seconds then closes. tgaac gives me an error. and aaic stays on the "this program isnt responding" screen. for some reason when i plug into my monitor they work perfectly? i dont really get it. my laptop is much more powerful than my pc but my pc has it working fine. i dont understand really.

i dont remember how i fixed the white screen issue but i remember i used steam link to be able to see whats on the screen then changed some settings

update (1/30/2025): it barely launches. it just shows me a black screen and crashes on launch. still works with the monitor trick tho

I have the same issue, I can hear the audio and I can tell I'm navigating around menus but I can't see anything.

hey did you ever find a solution to this?? my game has been working fine for the past month but now has been doing this and idk what to do…ive tried verifying the files uninstalling and rebooting my computer to no avail.

honestly not really. ive just been plugging my laptop into my monitor and running the game once before i leave with it. just been kinda hoping for the best

forgot to make an update but I did email capcom, they told me to run a dds but it didn't work. It works fine on another computer though if you can borrow someone else's for the time being.

Some games have issues with hp laptops and unfortunatly this is one of them. I had the same problem as you until i managed to fix it few days ago. I'll try to help you.

First you need to download program called "Omen Gaming Hub". This program allows you to change some settings that affects graphic cards on HP laptops. Once you have downloaded it, open the program and search your laptop on the left side (i guess it will appear as "hp omen 16", then press "altern graphics".
Once here you will see two options: hybrid or discrete. By default it will be in hybrid, you have to change it to discrete.
Once you have selected the "discrete" option the game should work

hey thank you so much, it worked perfectly. it was literally almost every game and messed up premiere pro. now its all fixed cuz of the discrete thing. thank you <3
