1. If you get 100% loot and 100% collectables in the Prologue and all chapters 1 through 6 as well as in all the Client Jobs, all the Basso Jobs, plus the Bank Heist,
2. achieve the max number of Thieving Challenges in all 6 chapters, Client Jobs, & Bank Heist,
3. pick all pockets,
4. find all resources laying around,
5. sell all possible resources you found along the way.
6. find (nearly) all the loot in the City (398),
7. only purchase the wrench, razor and wirecutter,
8. do not purchase any other resources, trinkets, upgrades or Focus,
Do all of that and you'll have 28,000 coin at the end of chapter 6 before starting chapter 7.
9. Complete 100% of all collectibles in chapters 7 and 8 and you'll get another +30,000 coin from it on top of all the other coin collected from what you steal in those chapters
You can be over 58,000 coin from one play through.
Beyond that, you can also replay the missions as many times as you want and get paid again for all of them. The bank alone is over $1000 each time if you know what you're doing.
You basically have infinite coin if you replay missions.
I suppose that now I know the levels thoroughly I could try 'ghost' walkthroughs, relying on the extra GP you get. But even that won't give me much. I think I'm done with this game for another 5 years, until I've forgotten how to play it.
Seriously? It's the best level in the game IMO.
In fact, I can't imagine anyone being able to afford it without that. So the game wants you to collect all the collectables (which requires that you finish the game), and then you can buy something that lets you play the game and collect the collectables more easily.
