you could use a mod that unlocks all DLC, but some people may find it cheating and kinda of illegal. because piracy is a thing

Online or not it's still piracy getting paid dlcs for free but I'll let you decide if you want to do it or not I did warn you of the possible consequences of doing so but if you want to play your cards and take the risk go ahead

Steam-steamapps-common-DL and I honestly can't remember what file is after that im pretty sure it's a file with all numbers on it but can't remember because I haven't modded this game in years

you can also wait for events that may reward you with dlc skins, weapons and blueprints.
