I have a dual monitor setup, and I set the game into fullscreen on the larger (second) monitor. I decided I didn't like how the fullscreen mode interacts with the monitor, however, so I went to change it back, and discovered that the game wouldn't let me. Hitting Enter or the right arrow key will occasionally make it flicker into the "off" position, but it switches back immediately.

I have tried restarting the game, restarting the game with the second monitor unplugged, and restarting the computer entirely (with the second monitor plugged in). Nothing has solved the problem. I know you can force the game to open in windowed mode with the "-windowed" launch option, but that's not an acceptable permanent solution.

Windows 10, Dell laptop from around 2012 or so. If anyone has a fix to make the options, you know, work, let me know. It's just silly that this is a problem at all.
