Having the same problem. The game allows to type in a name and saves it for the current run but upon playing the game at a later time all high scores for the Sadistic Satiellette level are deleted. Any update for this issue?

This is uh. A very dead thread. But if you look in the save file, it doesn't have fields to save any of this information. I don't know if the game was abandoned or what (probably) but I was having issues getting certain achievements to unlock. Specifically the "get level 4 on the stage" achievements. I had to start a new save to get the achievements, then copied my 15 hour save back after I got the "level 4 on this stage" achievements. I am working on getting the Challenge Hero achievements, I have 2 left. Doesn't seem like Glitch or Sadistic Satellite levels will ever save scores properly.
