It's an asymmetrical horror game that captures what it is to be a Ghostbuster. As of writing (Early 2025) it still has people playing it.

It's not the best Ghostbusters game. Nothing can beat "Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered" (2019), but it's currently the best Ghostbusters game you still play with friends.

The devs put a lot of care into the game, with references and objects from the movies, cartoons and even the comic books. You don't have to be a Ghostbusters fan to enjoy this game, but it sure helps.

There's also a bit of a story, with voice acting by Ernie Hudson. It's actually decent, which is more than most 'asymmetrical horror games' can say.

Gameplay is simple and pretty easy to pick up. The only negative is, as the game gets older, there's a lot of "veteran" players who have really perfected the mechanics [/i]*cough*me*chough*[/i] and if you get matched against them as a new player, you might get stomped. I'm more than happy to take it easy on new players and make the game fun for everyone, but sometimes people don't show mercy.

But this is suppose to be a review of the game, and not be bragging about being THE greatest Ghostbuster on earth.

This game seems to be ending it's lifespan, but I still think it's worth $20. I had a lot of fun with this game.

Pudgy highly recommends this game, it is a lot of fun! The graphics are great, the game play is great, and the story is great with lots of humor. You should definitely get it!
