It appears in the tags but the game description gives no such idea. So does it require some adult patch to have such content or said tag was only a joke/misunderstanding?

I've been stuck for awhile on day 6 now. I figured out the wall puzzle though it took a few tries. I got the sticky note damp, but I can't for the life of me figure out what to do after that. I see the button in the restroom but pressing it does nothing, and I don't understand what the damp sticky note is pointing to....
