Game Will Not Open
The game won't start after I purchased and installed the DLC. I was really looking forward to it after playing the demo, but I’ve now requested a refund until a potential fix is released. I read in another thread that there might be compatibility issues with older CPUs. However, I’m using a 5900X, which I wouldn’t expect to be outdated enough to cause a problem. I also tried verifying the integrity of the game files and uninstalling/reinstalling the game, but unfortunately, nothing worked. Has anyone else found a fix for this issue?

There shouldn't be any compatibility issues with your CPU and I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing this. It would be easier for me to help you in the game's Discord server so if you join there and ping @AngeTheGreat, I can help you out.

For now, you could try deleting any save files the game has made. You can find them in the usual place cloud files go. Again, I'm not aware of any way that your game would crash like this only from buying the DLC but there could be something else going on.

Thanks for reaching out so quickly and providing your support over on Discord! Super responsive and helpful which was great to see.

In case any others come here with a similar issue, mine was being caused by an outdated audio interface driver. I updated my interface driver to the most recent one available and the game launches and runs with no issue now.
