[SOLVED] Quest "Return to Baruti at the election headquarters" BUGGED !! ... :(

Hello, i've a very annoying bug:
I can't finish the objective "Return to Baruti at the election headquarters" , i have talked with him after the confrontation with the mafia/Yakuza but nothing happened and he don't want to speak with me either. I've tried everything but i still blocked...
I play it on GOG but i don't think it's different so much

We will fix it, but in the meantime the solution is to switch to English (temporarily) and load a save game prior to this scene in order to progress, and then switch back to French or German after completing the goal.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and this will be patched as soon as possible.

We're looking into it right now. We haven't had any issues with this ourselves, but there might be a new bug — if there is, we'll fix it ASAP!

Question — did you choose to interfere or not with the mobsters?

I have the same bug, try the 2 option (interfere or not) Quest dont update after talking to Baruti

We've been testing this and haven't encountered any problems.

Did you guys choose to interfere or not interfere with the mobsters? Do you get an interaction icon to speak with Baruti after the confrontation? Do you get a choice about returning home or exploring after speaking with Baruti — and which option do you choose?

More information would be welcome, so please let us know! If there's a bug here, we'll fix it today :)

Also, if you can please verify your game files in Steam and try again, that would be great.

Right-click the game in your Steam client and choose properties, select the 'local files' tab and click 'verify integrity of game cache'. Thanks!

i've reload the save many times and try both, interfere and not, same result too

No, after Talking to Baruti there is no quest update, and its still ""Return to Baruti at the election headquarters". Cant talk again to him, no save, no questupdate, just like we dont speak to him at all, but we do

It find nothing to change after the verify

I've tried both. I have a interaction icon to speak with Baruti but it does not work. I haven't got no choice about returning home. Always the same "Return to Baruti at the election headquarters" which is not accomplished yet after i have spoke to Baruti.

Are you all playing on Steam or GOG? What's your version number? Mac, Linux or Windows?

Unfortunately, we've tested this many times now and we can't find a problem. That doesn't mean it's not there, of course — just that we can't find it, so we need more data.

If you guys can send us your save games, that would help immensely!

On PC, the save files are located here:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Red Thread Games\Dreamfall Chapters\
