Hey, how difficult it to do 100% in this game?

I remember playing this game on the Wii U and wanted to buy it on sale to experience it again but there are many people saying that its straight up broken. Is it still working for some people?

So i have this game on ignore on steam, and i cant remember exactly why except i think it picked up a lot of bad reviews for being unacceptably broken in some sense? Is that still the case, or did this actually get fixed. Recent reviews are positive now.

I recall this game being removed from Steam a while back, when did they bring it back?
