Absolutely gold, just like the last two collections. Now give us Rondo and Sotn!

This was my first introduction into the Castlevania series and I loved it. All three of the main games offer different experiences without breaking too far away from the core gameplay elements. The alternate character modes for each of the games is super fun too basically allowing you to play through them as overpowered characters. If you are thinking about trying games from the metroidvania genre or Castlevania series this is an amazing place to start. There are also many changes to the touch screen aspects of the games to make them more comfortable playing with a keyboard or controller.

As for the original Haunted Castle and Remake, they're just bonuses to the collection. The remake is extremely short and a lot easier than the DS games but has many cool artistic choices and phenomenal remixes. The level design in many areas still isn't great but it's better than the original.
