The reason there is no deals because it takes away from BB3, they will not put this game on a deal to be competitive against the new game of BB3. you are actually going to find better deals on BB3 as this is the game now cyanide is investing in, BB2 has had its time.

Its not the same game its totally different it has a different rule set completely.
BB2 is 2016 rule set and BB3 is 2020 rule set some races have different positionals now so its a completely different game just same style., as in its Blood Bowl.
