Dark Souls II - Server Maintenance - Feb 29 / Mar 1

Hello Dark Souls players,

We are planning server maintenance for the PC version of Dark Souls II at the following time:

3/1 10:00 am – 12:00 pm JST
3/1 2:00 am – 4:00 am CET
2/29 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm PST

This will affect both the DX9 and DX11 versions of the game.

I just logged on and DAYS of gameplay are lost from my chatacter. 100+ levels gone
im not even sure what to do now.. has this happened to anyone else? how can i get this fixed?

Don't know if this is related, but it says it can't detect my DLC and my stuff will be discarded until I reobtain it.. I checked and it is still installed, what's going on?

go to hard drive\users\your user\appdata\roaming\darksouls ii\subfolder, see if there's a .sl2 file there; appdata may be hidden, depending on your folder settings in windows
