See Lucas Stocki's comment.
It never existed beyond blue prints and the in-game breech model was incorrect.
The pictures you sometimes see online posted of an irl Panther II is actually just a hull prototype that the US put a Panther G turret on to so it'd look nicer in a museum.
Gaijin perfers, with some contentious exceptions, for tanks in War Thunder to have at least one functioning prototype.
The Panther II was never created. The IS-7 exists today.
in reality the panther 2 program never even completed its design, they built a hull and had an idea for a shmalturm for it but the program was cancelled before it was even designed, so doesn't even qualify as paper
the turret it has ingame is based on the panther f turret which despite what people might think from the names actually came after the panther 2 was already cancelled
nevermind that the gun it would have got most likely would have been a 75mm like other panthers rather than the 88mm of the tiger II
there was a later proposal for an 88mm gun in a panther but that never even reached a paper design either, engineers couldnt even agree on how to make it fit in a panther turret with ideas like a bulbous extension to the turret and larger turret ring thrown around but barely progressed past napkin sketches
if the panther 2 design had ever been completed most likely it would have been the panther 2 hull with something very similar to the panther f turret and gun, but if we want to be historical the only turret it was ever actually fit with was the panther G turret it is currently mounted with for display
