Why does Japan have a tier condition for the first helicopter?
Its says you need either a rank V aircraft or tank. While Frances first helicopter doesn't have this requirement. I cant say for US, Germany, USSR and Britain because i'm well past tier V for those.

But yeah just a bit weird.

france has the same requirement, idk why ya don't see it, you might have a premium perhaps

All nations have this requirement, you need either a Rank V tank or plane of that nation to be able to get the first tech tree heli - and it has to be exactly Rank V, higher Rank premiums or packages don't help here! - except Israel, there, any Rank V tank or plane of any nation opens up the tech tree.

Unfortunately, you're wrong here: I acquired the Swedish HKP3C long before my first rank V Swedish airplane (and I only unlocked ground rank IV today), simply because I had purchased J35A premium pack, and the plane is rank VI. It even says in the description, rank V or higher tank/airplane.
