Just started RPG Maker XP. I have RPG Maker VX Ace, too, but wanted to go chronologically, and of course, couldn't pass up the opportunity to try a nostalgic software from 2005, so here I am. I know, I can make custom tilesets, using different tiles from different default tilesets, but even that is limited, since tilesets have limit to how many tiles you can store (I believe). Hey, Any ideas for creative bosses? (as the same old high hp and powerful attacks are getting repetitive) I've made 2 fun ones so far: One of them has high hp but no attacks - he just keeps healing and reviving the 6 weaker monsters who keep attacking. So you got to kill the big guy who keeps healing the 6 weaker ones who keeps attacking. another one is: a big attacker who can 1-2 shot your team, while 2 tricky healers keep healing him. I'm not too sure what other mechanic etc.. i can add.. Any help...

Hi again! I need help with this feature. I searched the internet, but couldn't find the answer. From what I know, you can show variables' values via "v\ ", but these don't work for me. I could only find 1 video with RPG Maker XP using this method, and it worked for him. Read the comments, and it works for everyone, but me. I don't know what I am doing wrong....
