Hey Era! September's VIP item is finally out: The Edgecrank Hammer! It's an 8 damage melee which comes with a "Super Shot" ability. The effect applied to victims on hit depends on the skin you currently have equipped for it:

Default: Knock Back on Projectile Hit

Purple: Poison on Projectile Hit

Blue: Confusion on Projectile Hit

Pink: Burn on Projectile Hit

You can purchase the skins now over at the old VIP Shop building above Start!

We've also thrown in the usual 1500 VIP Cookies and 5000 Upload Tokens for monthly subscribers. Thanks for playing Era!

You have been disconnected from the game

Every time I start the game, it shows "You have been disconnected from the game." My wifi and laptop is good, I can run all my online games but graal is not working.

Hey Era! August's monthly VIP item is now out: The Banana Cannon! Three unique skins for it have also been released over at the VIP Shop!

This month's VIP item is an explosive launcher with a secondary grenade mode which fires banana grenades similar in functionality to the Pumpkin Bomb. (These banana grenades are additionally disabled within safe zones and bases to prevent abuse.)

Stuck on black screen

I exited graal era and waited for it to close on its own, but upon trying to open the game again its stuck on a black screen never loading the game restarting reinstalling etc did not fix it

Is there any support/customer service at all?

I purchased a player world like a month ago and changed my mind on it and was asking for a refund. Multiple tickets. Contacting them on Facebook. I have gotten zero reply. I've disputed the charge with my bank. But do they just not check email and stuff? Or is this just a scam company now? Been playing Graal since the 90s but it just seems kinda pathetic now....

What a laggy joke

Whats the point of 60FPS when the server still sucks ass? people dont take damage for a whole 2 seconds on the steam version. That's way worse than on mobile delay. Sure, it feels great to move at 60 fps, but when it takes 3 seconds to change rooms and 10 seconds to load assets in the room, whats the point LMFAO. what a pathetic release. Just retire, you guys suck....
