I don't know why, but the frame rate are hurting my eyes. last thing that had that effect was the Spider Man Into The Spider Verse movie. I just realized the game runs at 30 FPS. Any way to unlock it?

After rescuing the first drop ship cube, destroying 4 Hectors, getting the supplies and the tank, i head over to the second cube on a construction site with three ant hills. I destroy the ant hills. A spider nest is supposed to spawn after that, but instead, the 3 ant hills keep respawning indefinitely, no matter how many times I destroy them. I am playing on Windows 10 on Normal difficulty as Tactical class. How do I get around this bug and continue with the rest of the game? Is there a patch I need to...
