New generated players? Academy with rookies? Scouting?

How will the new players be generated throughout the years? I have some propositions which i think reflect reality pretty well and might be cool gameplay-wise: 1. Academy team: we could have an academy team (in which we only control the roster) and then being able to take those academy players into our main team if we wish to. 2. Ranked ladder: just like in most MOBAs, at least one of the top 10 highest ranked players of a region is just some random 16 year old kid who is so good at the game but hasnt st...
