Day 3 will not start

every time i finish day 2 the black screen with the day3 logo on it half appears and freezes. it then says the game driver broke and recoved but doesnt allow me to play no matter how much i restart reinstall and update my computer... WHAT THE HECK GUYS.

Important update:

The Owlchemy Labs team spent a ton of time trying to figure out the day 3 crash bug, which seems to only happen on low-end laptops or Intel-GPU machines (possibly with outdated DirectX / gpu drivers).

We have built a possible fix but since we don't have a machine that exhibits the issue, we'll need YOUR help.

Anyone getting crashes on day 3, please try these steps:

Right click on Dyscourse in your Steam library
Choose Properties
Choose the Betas tab
Pick the "beta-5-3-0p3" entry from the list and then launch the game.

Let us know if that solves your problem!

Edit 1:

One user has informed us that upgrading to Windows 10 ended up fixing the issue for her. While this is not the sole way to fix the issue (and the underlying issue may still have been DirectX drivers or missing service packs in Windows), it's certainly one way to try to troubleshoot the crash.
