Did you help the mysterious woman that comes every night?
Also did you help Ana at the ticket booth right inside the club, she has a few quests every night so if you've done all of it you should be able to acquire that last peace of information to beat The Tongue

i helped the mysterious woman and i think i helped Ana, i didnt get her passport but i ended the quest

Did you defeat the Tongue?
If not then you'll need the passport ( That's the way I did it)

What does i need to do for the passport? i didn't always know what was a lie and what not

Pay attention to the Cultist's eyes. They tell you when she's lying.
