All my progress is gone
I logged in to play today and it is starting me out at lvl 1 and no progress. Did everything get reset with the last big update? All my achievements still show.

Since its basically a new game, yes your progress is reverted from the version before this one. But you can still access the old version via the Beta section in the Game settings from steam. There you should find all your progress still alive.
