I'm playing as Rome. I don't have any horses in my own provinces. I tried to establish trade routes with countries that have them, but they refuse to make an agreement. So, to get cavalry, I have to declare war and try to take over a province that has horses? Or am I doing something wrong or misunderstanding something?...

I'm trying to run a mod that requires a copy of game to be launched from a different directory. Steam doesn't seem to like when I try to launch the copy and gives an application load error of 5:0000065434. Is there any way to resolve this?
