How do I start a new game?

Having a bit of stutter and frame drop to about 20-30 when playing in firescreen on ultra-wide resolution 5120x1440p on 3060ti. It happens when the map zooms out most.

As the title suggests, I can't get the demo to start. It seems to run properly, the application is visible on the start bar, but the window never shows up. It doesn't freeze or anything, but I'm forced to end the task in the task manager. EDIT: I took a look around the files to see if it was a config issue or something and noticed that there's a folder labeled "DoNotShip" and just wanted to inform you just in case that was a mistake....
