One of the first tuber games there ever was. Funny to kill the guy a few times, until you actually learn how to play, then it turns you into a speedrunner challenging yourself to complete each surgery as quickly and perfectly as possible.

Lots of content and free DLC too. What a concept.

Probably amazing in VR but I haven't tried it as of yet. Learned awhile back it also has.. console ports?.. How?
