Right-click Distance in your library, hit Properties, and change the "Steam Input Per-Game Setting" to "Forced off" - That will let the game handle your controller on its own without Steam trying to get in the middle of your controller and the game.

Actually You Helped A Little Fixed My Problem By Half!?
1. Once You Delete An Edited Control Profile From Ingame The Device Stops Working!
(You Can Fix This By Deleting Your Saved Controls File In Your Documents! It Resets)
2. Turning Inputs Off Through Steam Does Add PS4 Symbols But I Want To Do That Ingame!?
(Because I Am Using Wireless Bluetooth Controller It Treats It As An Xbox Controller Or Keyboard)
As The Picture Above Shows What I Meant By Using The Wrong Device?
3. There Are A Few In Menu Bugs Like Garage Won't Open With Controller For Some Reason!
(Also Sometime My Controller Bugs Out And Keeps Going Up Or Down The Menu's)

So I Think Something Is Conflicting With My Wireless PS4 Bluetooth Controller Wifi Reciever!?
It Works Pretty Much Fine With Any Wired Controller It Must Be A Sync Issue Or Steam Conflict!?

It's showing the wrong buttons because Steam Input converts it; the game sees what Steam Input tells it, which is an xinput device unless you disable Steam Input just for Distance (with the "per-game" setting) as I mentioned previously.

Yes, Steam Input is the conflict. Because the game has native DS4 support unlike most other games, it causes a conflict with Steam Input.

Neither of your screenshots show the Devices dropdown opened. In your first screenshot, it looks as though the controller is being detected as a generic gamepad, rather than either a DS4 or an xinput device. That why I'd like to see all of the devices listed in the dropdown.

I'm not a dev, just help out with issues on the forums. But as far as I know, that's not possible due to how the controller config works. Because you're able to rebind everything, the game wouldn't know what buttons to show if you could swap it to different prompts. There's no standard mapping between DS4 and xinput to be able to know what buttons on each would map to where, especially if you did any rebinding at all.

2. I Know I'm Just Saying I Don't Like It When Some Games Do Not Have A Toggle!?
It Should Be Just As Easy As Plugging In A Controller & Detects It As A PS4 Controller!!!
