This update fixes a couple of issues:
- Incorrect clues in the Candy or Chaos theme
- Fountain SFX in haunted house stage not respecting volume setting

I'm also still investigating some issues with Daily Challenge mode that have been introduced in this update, and should hopefully have a fix sometime soon.

Proverbs is a meditative minesweeper-like puzzle game where you gradually reveal a pixelart rendition of Bruegel the Elder's renaissance masterpiece, Netherlandish Proverbs[artsandculture.google.com]. For Steam Next Fest, I've launched a demo of Proverbs, allowing you to play over 10% of the full game, with plenty of achievements to unlock.

This update brings Daily Challenge mode out of the beta branch and available to all! Bug fixing and tweaks will continue now the mode is out of beta, but I believe it's now ready for everyone to try.

Prizes have been adjusted to allow for more competitive monthly leaderboards:

Hello everyone!

Daily Challenge Mode is very nearly ready for release, but before it's fully rolled out to all players I'd like to give it a short test period to flush out any bugs and implement any feedback you might have.

If you'd like to give the new mode a try, it's available now in the Public beta branch. To access this, first find the game in your library, and open "properties".

Then switch to the "Betas" tab and select the public beta branch from the dropdown:
After closing the popup, steam should download the correct build, but if you have any problems switching, it often helps to fully restart steam.

Please note that in the current version, it is not possible to play puzzles from days that you've missed. This turned out to be quite challenging to implement, but I may revisit it after release if it's something that everyone feels is important.

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to post a quick update to let you all know that unfortunately Daily Challenge mode will be delayed slightly. I work on Logic Town in my spare time, and for the last couple of weeks, real life has been getting in the way!

Daily Challenge mode has a lot more complexity in terms of leaderboards interacting with one another, and I want to make sure that all of that is in good shape for launch. I'll hopefully have some news in a week or so.

I'm thrilled to announce a brand new free update that I've been working on: Daily Challenge Mode! This new mode is designed to test your puzzle-solving skills in a unique and exciting way. Here's what you can expect:

Same Puzzle, Same Clues: Every day, all players will be presented with the exact same 3 puzzles, complete with the same clues and solutions. This means everyone is on a level playing field, and it's all about who can solve the puzzles the fastest and most efficiently.

One Shot Only: To add to the challenge, players will only get one attempt at each puzzle. This means you'll need to bring your A-game every day, as there are no second chances or restarts. Play carefully!

Daily and Monthly Leaderboards: Your scores will be recorded on the new daily and monthly leaderboards. This gives you the chance to see how you stack up against other Logic Town players around the world. Aim for the top and build your trophy collection!

Non-Competitive Play: Not interested in the competitive aspect? No problem! Opt out of leaderboards, and enjoy the puzzles at your own pace without any pressure.

DLC themes: This mode features puzzles from every theme in the game, including DLC, giving you an opportunity to try out themes you don't already own!

Daily Challenge Mode will be available from June 18th at 10AM PST. Good luck and happy puzzling!
