The Hangers Glitch
I don't know if this is some kind of glitch or something but when i stow away in the crate at the end of the hangers level to get to the Strogg Freighter I lose most of my health just before the stage ends. I'm at 101 and when the stage ends I go down to 11 health. Am I doing something wrong or is this just an unavoidable glitch?

I always take damage at the end of this level too, I think it's supposed to represent Joker getting bumped about in the crate.
